Returns
- Contact Us for a return authorization number. This is required for all returns.
- All items must be returned to the distributor within 10 days from the purchase date for a refund or credit.
- The customer (purchaser) will pay all shipping costs, unless an incorrect or defective item was shipped.
- For non-defective merchandise returns, the customer will be charged a 10-25% restocking fee and/or $5.00 fee (depending upon distributor), and all applicable shipping and handling fees.
- Craft, floral, and seasonal holiday items may only be returned for credit.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging with all included contents (product, manuals, cords, batteries, etc.).
- Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns.
Shipping
- We only ship to the 48 states within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Shipping is via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or DHL Ground. No expedited shipping is available.
- All items will be shipped within 1-8 business days from purchase.
Payments
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ECheck, and bank transfers via PayPal.
- All orders of $500 or more will have a 1-2 business day waiting period for funding verification.
